General Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of astrological consultations and reports, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances. Refunds are not available for completed services, consultations, or reports that have already been delivered to the client. If a service is not provided within the agreed timeframe due to our error, we will offer either a refund or a rescheduling option. For payments that are deducted but services not received due to technical issues, a full refund will be processed after verifying the transaction details.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only if:
- The service was not initiated or delivered as promised.
- There was an error on our part that prevented the service from being fulfilled.
- The refund request is raised within 7 days of the payment date.
All refund requests are subject to approval and verification by our management team.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

- Reports, charts, or remedies that have been prepared and delivered.
- Services canceled by the client after work on the service has commenced.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation of a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests made within the required timeframe will allow for rescheduling to a convenient time. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
